See most of the island in a day - the picturesque west coast, Concord Falls and Gouyave Nutmeg Station. Enjoy a delicious lunch with us when we stop at one of three restaurants at Belmont Estate, Barry's Country Inn or Helvellyn House in the Northern Parish of St Patrick's while visiting "Carib's Leap" in Sauteurs. Stop at a 200-year-old water-powered distillery to taste River Antoine Rum on the drive southward to the eastern town of Grenville. Cut across the mountains, through Grand Etang rain-forest, home of the Mona monkey on the return journey to St. George's.

Leapers Hill Lookout has been recently renovated, and contains many informative plaques and pictures which give an account of the fierce Carib's and their famous "last stand" against the French.
